The National Respite Locator Service, operated by the ARCH National Resource Center for Respite and Crisis Care Services, helps parents, caregivers, and professionals find respite services in their State and local area. Respite services provide care for children with disabilities so that families and caregivers can have temporary relief lasting from a few hours to up to three months of care depending on the need of the family.
