The National Institutes of Health (NIH), through its National Library of Medicine, developed this site in collaboration with other NIH Institutes and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

    This guidebook for public health and community leaders provides goals and objectives for increasing healthy behaviors and decreasing health disparities among members of the U.S. population.
