    Clinical Chronobiology
    The Columbia Clinical Chronobiology Program is a leader in National Institutes of Health-sponsored research on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The web site provides information on clinical trials and links to additional resources that focus on therapies for treating SAD.

    Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA)
    DBSA provides current, scientifically based tools and information, supports research, and promotes fair treatment of people living with depression and bipolar disorder. The web site includes information on mood disorders, support groups, programs and publications, resources, advocacy, research findings, questions to ask your health care provider, and mental health news.

    National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)
    NIMH is the Federal government agency that conducts research on the causes, treatment, and prevention of mental disorders.     National Mental Health Association (NMHA)
    NMHA works to improve the mental health of all Americans, and especially those with mental disorders, through advocacy, education, research, and service.     Society for Light Treatment and Biological Rhythms (SLTBR)
    SLTBR is a nonprofit, international organization that fosters research, professional development, and clinical applications in the fields of light therapy and biological rhythms. The web site includes information on biological rhythm disorders, including Seasonal Affective Disorder, membership information, and links to other related web sites.
