The National Schizophrenia Foundation (NSF)
NSF develops and maintains support groups for individuals and their friends and family members affected by schizophrenia and related disorders and carries out education, information, and public awareness services for all persons affected by these mental disorders. World Fellowship for Schizophrenia and Allied Disorders (WFS)
WFS engages in international educational efforts to increase understanding and compassion and reduce the fear, stigma, discrimination, and abuse that accompany schizophrenia and allied disorders. National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression (NARSAD)

North American Society for Childhood Onset Schizophrenia
The Society, a non-profit, Internet-based group formed to provide a Web site devoted solely to childhood onset schizophrenia (COS), addresses the unique needs of COS patients and their families and caregivers. The web site has facts and other resources for families and an area for families affected by COS to locate, contact, and share experiences with other COS families.
