    Achieving the Promise: Transforming Mental Health Care in America
    This final report to the President from the New Freedom Commission on Mental Health, released in July 2003, offers a comprehensive look at the state of mental health care in the United States. It makes it clear that older persons are underserved by the existing mental health care system and suggests ways to improve the situation.
