About Us

Welcome to SAMHSA's Information Center! We have free stuff about mental health--talking about how you think, feel, and act everyday. Are you mad, glad, sad, or scared? What do you do about it?

Your mental health can be good, bad, or somewhere in between. Problems with mental health can happen to anyone. It doesn't matter where you went to school, where you work, or what kind of family you have.

If you or someone you know needs help, this site can give you names of experts and groups in your area. Without help, kids may have trouble in school, refuse to go to school, have problems with their parents, have trouble eating or sleeping, or spend a lot of time alone. Mental health is a serious subject, but you can learn helpful ways to deal with these problems.

Do you know a good Web site about mental health that other kids should know about? Let us know!
