aDescriptive Sample was based on number
of cases with at least one piece of descriptive information.
bBaseline Outcome Sample was based
on number of cases with at least one of the following baseline outcome
instruments: CBCL, CAFAS, or ROLES.
c Available Follow-up Outcome Samples were derived based
on the following criteria: (a)There is no indication in the data that
the child has formally exited the services; (b)Data indicated that the child had been enrolled in the system for 6 months or longer (for 6-month follow-up), 12 months or
longer (for 12-month follow-up), or 24 months or longer (for 24-month followup); and (c) The child had at least one of the following instruments administered at intake:
CBCL, CAFAS, or ROLES.
d Actual Follow-up Outcome Samples were derived based on
the following criteria: (a) 6-month outcome sample: cases with intake
and 6-month data on CBCL, CAFAS, or ROLES; (b) 12-month outcome sample: cases with intake and 12-month data on CBCL, CAFAS, or ROLES; (c) intake and 24-month
outcome sample: cases with 24-month data on CBCL, CAFAS, or ROLES.
e Retention Rates were calculated as follows: (Actual Follow-up
Outcome Sample / Available Follow-up Outcome Sample) x 100%. For example,
6-month follow-up retention rate for Site 4 was calculated as: (538/ 678) x
100% = 79%.
