Disaster Crisis Counseling The Emergency Services and Disaster Relief Branch, CMHS, is in contact with Arkansas, Ohio and Indiana related to the recent tornadoes and flooding disasters and are working with the state departments of mental health in developing disaster crisis counseling programs.
