1 A person with serious functional impairment has a numeric rating of 1 to 60 based on a scale of 1 to 100 adapted from the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) scale for reporting overall functioning on Axis-V of DSM-IV.
2 Includes the residential care programs of State and county mental hospitals, private psychiatric hospitals, non-Federal general hospitals, VA medical centers, residential treatment centers, and multiservice mental health organizations.
3 Percentage is based on five or fewer sample cases or has a relative standard error of 50 percent or higher; therefore, it is not shown because it does not meet standards of reliability.
Note: Percentages do not add to 100 because only selected diagnoses are shown.
