weighted observations) from the 1997 Client Patient Sample Survey. U.S.
territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands were excluded

multiple presenting problems could be coded for each child. b
Index includes depressed mood, eating disturbance, post-traumatic stress,
phobia, grief and loss, sleep problems, anxiety, and self-harm. c
