A bar graph showing survey results of family members’ evaluations of mental health care from public agencies for their children in 2004, and comparing the results from different survey instruments. In States using the Youth Services Survey-Family instrument, 91 percent of respondents were positive about the cultural sensitivity of providers, and 63 percent reported a positive outcome. In States that used a different survey instrument, 79 percent of respondents were positive about cultural sensitivity, and 76 percent reported a positive outcome.
