A bar graph showing the number of persons by age who were served by a State mental health agency in 2004. By far the greatest rate of service was for people ages 13–17 (35.4 per 1,000), and the lowest rates were for people ages 0–3 (2.7 per 1,000) and ages 75 or older (6.8 per 1,000). The average rate of service, across all age groups, was 19.3 per 1,000.
