A bar graph showing the results of adult consumer surveys on their perceptions of care from State mental health agencies in 2004 and comparing the results from different survey instruments. Among survey respondents who took the official MHSIP survey, 86 percent were generally satisfied with their care, and 68 percent reported a perceived positive outcome. Among respondents who took a State-modified version of the MHSIP survey, 87 percent were generally satisfied, and 75 percent reported a positive outcome. Among respondents who took a unique State survey, 86 percent were generally satisfied, and 85 percent reported a positive outcome.
