Mental Health Topics

Funding

The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) awards grants to States for providing mental health services to people with mental illnesses. A number of related funding opportunities are available from the Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal Agencies. Government funding supports research, access to care, housing programs, and other areas integral to the provision and improvement of services and treatment for persons with mental illnesses.
