The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA's) National Mental Health Information Center's Web site and call center offer users of mental health services-families, the general public, policymakers, providers, and the media-reliable information and resources to support mental health needs and objectives. This service is administered through SAMHSA's Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) division. The resources listed below may be useful to you in your support of youth and adult mental health. Please post this information on your Web sites or listservs or use it in any other way that is convenient. This segment of the 15+ campaign provides information, resources, and tools to help family members, other caregivers, and professionals who influence children's lives to deter bullying. Also available are tips, resources, and games to help young people understand bullying and learn ways to stop it in themselves and others. The goal of the 15+ initiative is to promote healthy child development and to prevent youth and school-based violence. National ObservanceNational Health Center Week, August 7-13, 2005-This annual health observance recognizes the service and contributions of community, migrant, homeless, and public housing health centers. During this week, communities are encouraged to participate in activities such as health fairs and screenings, blood drives, public forums, and open houses.
